problem with prodemand

     Just get maxisys and when i'am login on prodemand it's not workink properly,when i touch somewhere everyting ilight bleu and i can't get fhe fonction i touch anbody had this problem ?

    Did you do all updates system update if not make sure the tool is connected to
    internet from your desktop click on system update you should have v01.02.01 post
    back your findings

    I have the same problem. My software it up to date. Mitchell won't give an answer. I am not sure who it is but all other like alldata , identifix '. All of those work ok. I sure wish this would get fixed. Autel? Are you listening? I still love this maxisys

     hello  bill  are you getting a blue screen also  I just checked  mine and i don't get a blue screen or anything like that I can't log in I don't have an account with prodemand but the first screen shows fine here

    Prodemand doesn't work well with the stock browser. I downloaded firefox browser and prodemand displays and works great! Just search for firefox for android non market in your stock browser.

    Forgot to add, you'll first have to go to security in system settings and make sure "unknown sources " is checked in order to install non market apps.

    Thanks for your advice. I will use a laptop. I do not want this tablet with a virus. Log in
    screen always shows up but aftervyou log in it goes crazy. But I'll use a laptop.
